Liberty Professionals midfielder Mubarak Alhassan confessed that he found it difficult at the start of his debut in the Ghana Premier League but hard work helped him get better as time went on.

The 17 year old revealed to Kumasi FM that he doubled his training sessions during his rough periods.

“My first game was against Legon Cities at Accra. It was very difficult because that was my first game in the premier league. I had a bumpy start because I didn’t know what I was doing on the field in the match against Legon Cities."

"Due to this, I was on the bench in our next two league games against Berekum Chelsea and Medeama. I took advantage of that to work hard and double my training sessions before I played the next game from bench against Dwarfs, which I got the equalizer."

"Since then I haven’t look back as a young player, starting all the games and playing 90 minutes for Liberty Professionals," he concluded.
