Ghana international, Lumor Agbenyenu featured for SV Ried on Friday when the team fought to beat Sturm Graz 1-0 in the Austrian Erste Liga.

The former Black Stars left-back was named in his team’s matchday squad today but missed out on a starting role.

In the second half when his team needed men to defend their lead, Lumor Agbenyenu was introduced into the game in the 81st minute to replace Ivorian Wilfried Kwassa Eza.

Playing the last 10 minutes of the match, the full-back fought hard for his team to ensure the side defender the lead to amass all three points at full-time.

Lumor Agbenyenu, 27, has played in 10 league matches for Ried this season.

The win keeps SV Ried second on the league table as the campaign edges closer to its conclusion.
