A woman, named withheld was apprehended by the Police last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium for selling ‘wee’ during the match between Great Olympics and Liberty Professionals.
According to a report by Ghanaguardian.com, she was spotted at the centerline of the stadium selling the narcotic substance to the spectators.
Though there is no confirmation that she was selling to supporters of Great Olympics, it is understood that she was in the midst of supporters of the Dade Boys.
The Police did some inquiries but subsequently took her along to the Greater Accra Police station. It is understood that she will be processed and taken to court afterward.
Meanwhile, the encounter between Great Olympics and Liberty Professionals ended 2-1 in favour of the Dade Boys.
