General Manager of Nsoatreman FC, Eric Alagidede says Yaw Preko's rich experience was the reason behind why the club appointed him as the new head coach for the side.
Preko, a former Ghana international has been awarded a two-year deal, replacing Maxwell Konadu.
Konadu has left tye side for South African lower-tier side Black Leopards after guiding tye side to win the FA Cup against Bofoakwa Tano.
"Yaw Preko has worked with several national teams and has gained much experience. He has worked with Karim Zito and other good coaches as well," he told Asempa FM as monitored by Footballghana.com.
"He won the Nigerian FA Cup and played the Confederation Cup with FC Ifeanyi Ubah.
"Yaw Preko has worked with Shooting Stars and has been having attachment with Shenfield United. So we considered all these things and we concluded He is the right man for the job.".
Yaw Preko will lead the side for their maiden CAF Confederation Cup participation next season.
