Former Asante Kotoko captain, Daniel Nii Adjei has opened up on what he believes will decide the upcoming Super Clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak.
The two most glamorous clubs in the country will lock horns next weekend in a Round 31 encounter of the Ghana Premier League season.
Speaking to Akoma FM ahead of the game, Daniel Nii Adjei noted that the team that plays with more aggression will win the match.
“Even though neither Kotoko nor Hearts are playing at their peak right now, their rivalry will always be fascinating. On the day of the game, everyone will witness how the supporters turn out in large numbers to support their players. I'll say as a Kotoko supporter that Kotoko is the favorite to win this game.
“Form guides typically have no bearing on games involving both teams. The team that plays with aggression and doesn't hesitate to take risks typically wins. As a former player and Kotoko fan, I hope Kotoko prevails on Sunday,” Nii Adjei said.
The Super Clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will be played on Sunday, May 26.
