Partizan Belgrade have finalized a deal to acquire Ghanaian forward Ibrahim Zubairu from Fudbalski klub Jedinstvo for a reported fee of approximately half a million euros (€500,000).

The agreement, reached following extensive negotiations between the two clubs, signals a significant move for the Serbian Super League side.

Zubairu, who impressed during the previous season by featuring in 36 matches in the Serbian First League, notably netting 13 goals and providing seven assists, played an instrumental role in Jedinstvo's promotion to the top tier.

The former Ghana youth player’s performance has caught the attention of Partizan, prompting the club to secure his services for the upcoming season.

Upon joining Partizan, Zubairu will face fierce competition for his position, contending with players such as Korean Goh, Aleksa Janković, and the promising Nemanja Trifunović under the guidance of Coach Stanojević.

This acquisition marks Partizan's fourth signing this summer, underscoring the club's commitment to fortifying its squad for the challenges ahead in the Serbian Super League
