Ghana football legend, Michael Essien believes that Mohammed Kudus possesses the talent to become a top-class player.
The 23-year-old attacker had an impressive first season at West Ham United, scoring 14 goals and providing six assists.
Kudus continued his strong form in Ghana's 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Mali and the Central African Republic.
He played a pivotal role in the Black Stars' 2-1 victory over the Eagles in Bamako and their thrilling 4-3 win over the Wild Beasts at the Baba Yara Stadium.
In an interview with talkSport, Essien expressed his high expectations for Kudus, predicting that he will soon be among the world's best footballers.
"I rate him very highly. He's got everything to be at the top. He is a good footballer, and he has all it takes to reach the top," Essien said.
