Hello and welcome. The Black Satellites go head-to-head with Gambia for a place in the final of the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations in Mauritania.
The two teams squared off in group C where Gambia were 3-1 winners. Ghana made it to the quarter finals via one of the best third place spots whilst Gambia placed second.
Ghana beat Cameroon 4-2 on penalties in the quarterfinal and Gambia recorded a huge victory over Central African Republic in their quarterfinal game.

1 min: The game is officially underway. Ghana attacking from right to left and Gambia are attacking from left to right.
2 mins: Fatawu is brought down in a dangerous area. This looks like a job for Percious Boah.
3 mins: Just wide! Boah's shot easily beat the goalkeeper but it went just wide.
7 mins: Fatawu was brought down in the box but the referee did not pay heed to the penalty shout from Ghana.
13 mins: Fatawu tries one after exchanging the ball with his teammate. Unfortunately, the ball sailed over the bar.
16 mins: Fatawu's powerful free-kick was tipped away by the opposition goalkeeper.
19 mins: Wide! Baffour tried a hopeful shot from long range which missed its target.
22 mins: Samuel Quaye goes down in pain after a rough tackle from Gambia's Bojan. The defender quickly gets up and play continues.
24 mins: A poor effort from Patrick Mensah there. It looked like a person throwing a bowling ball in a terrible way.
28 mins: Ibrahim Danlad was called into action and did well by making the stop.
32 mins: Free kick for Ghana just outside the box. Barnieh was brought down.
34 mins: GOALLLL! Percious Boah expertly converts the free-kick. That was a beauty from Boah. Ghana now lead 1-0.
44 mins: A huge mistake at the back left Gambia a chance to equalize but Ibrahim Danlad reacted quickly and stopped the danger.
45 mins: It's half time. The Black Satellites are 1-0 up thanks to a free-kick from Percious Boah.
46 mins: Second half begins
55 mins: Gambia get a free kick at the edge of the area.
56 mins: The resulting free-kick is saved but Ghana are under huge pressure here.
65 mins: Gambia make a change. Camara comes off for Kujabi.
66 minutes: Ghana make a double change. Cudjoe and Boateng come on for Essiam and Mohammed.
77 minutes: Alphonso Barnes has been brought on to try and add another goal. He replaced Percious Boah.
80 mins: Barnieh's shot came off a Gambian defender and the goalkeeper makes the save.
83 mins: Fatawu tries one from inside his own half but it goes off target.
90 mins: We have four minutes of added time.
94 mins: The game comes to an end! Ghana have qualified to the final.
