Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Enock Morrison has reflected on his tenure with the club following the conclusion of the 2023/24 Ghana football season.

The former King Faisal player was released by the club among over 20 others.

The Porcupine Warriors endured a challenging campaign, finishing sixth in the Ghana Premier League and suffering an early exit in the MTN FA Cup, failing to meet expectations.

In an interview with Angel TV, Morrison expressed his disappointment at not achieving his goals of winning trophies during his time at the club.

“I enjoyed my time with the club but my targets have not been achieved. My ambition was to win trophies with Kotoko, which could not happen due to my exit.

“It’s all good. I wish the club in an interview with Angel TV, Morrison well because I love the club and whatever has happened is part of football.”

Morrison, who joined Asante Kotoko from King Faisal after the 2021/22 season, acknowledged the ups and downs of his stint with the club but remained grateful for the experience.
