Ghanaian forward Braydon Manu has shared his dream of playing for Real Madrid, though he acknowledges it's not a realistic goal at the moment.

Despite being a key player for Darmstadt, Manu's season in the Bundesliga was hampered by injuries, restricting him to just four appearances and contributing to the team's relegation.

Now playing in Bundesliga II, Manu has several plans for his career, with the aspiration of joining Real Madrid still at the forefront, despite seeming distant. He is, however, placing his future in God's hands.

"Thank God that I am fit again, and I have lots of plans. The best option would be to play for Real Madrid, but that’s far away. Let’s see what the lovely God has for me because I put all my faith in his hands," he told 3Sports.

Manu first gained attention when he described his initial call-up to the Ghana national team as a surprise and undeserved.

When asked if the Ghana Football Association is still monitoring him, he expressed his eagerness to prove his worth to his home country.

"Yeah, of course, every time. Last season I played a really good first round, so they had contact with the GFA about the World Cup. The contact was always there," he added.

With the new season just weeks away, Manu hopes to maintain his fitness for its start.
