Ghana Premier League powerhouse Hearts of Oak have expressed strong interest to sign Dreams FC goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi.

The Phobians faced challenges with their goalkeeping in the recently concluded domestic top-flight campaign.

Despite rotating more than three goalkeepers, the Phobians conceded poor goals leading to their disappointing season.

The Ghanaian struggled last season, finishing 14th on the Ghana Premier League standings.

They are in the market for a new goalkeeper and have identified Solomon Agbasi, who impressed for Dreams FC.

Agbasi played pivotal role when the Still Believe lads reached the semifinals of the Confederations Cup. He was named as the best goalkeeper in the Africa campaign due to his exploits.

However, the Phobians are said to have engaged Agbasi whose contract with Dreams FC is set to expire over a possible transfer.

According to reports, talks between both parties are advanced to secure the services of the goalkeeper in the ongoing transfer window.
