In a show of solidarity and support, Ghana's Ambassador to Egypt, Lt. Gen. Obed Boamah Akwah (Rtd), paid a visit to Dreams FC at their team hotel in preparation for their upcoming CAF Confederation Cup match against Zamalek.

The ambassador's visit is expected to significantly boost the morale of the team ahead of Sunday's clash.

Ambassador Akwah, in his address, revealed that plans are underway to rally the Ghanaian community residing in Egypt to lend their support to Dreams FC during the game.

This move is aimed at creating a familiar and encouraging atmosphere for the Ghanaian team, despite playing away from home.

Dreams FC commenced their Cairo training sessions yesterday in preparation for their crucial clash against Zamalek.

The first leg will take place in Cairo on Sunday, with the return fixture scheduled in Kumasi in two weeks' time.
