Ghana international Mohammed Kudus believes he can still do more for West Ham United following a stellar debut campaign.
Kudus signed a five-year contract with the Hammers in August 2023 after establishing himself as a top prospect at Ajax.
The Black Stars midfielder became an instant hit for the Hammers in the recently concluded season, contributing significant for the club.
During the past season, Kudus showcased his skills with eight goals and six assists in the Premier League, along with five goals in the Europa League for West Ham.
And the Ghana star says he can still do more the Premier League club as he gears up for the new season.
“From Denmark (playing at Nordsjaelland, 2018-20), Holland (with Ajax, 2020-23) to England, I’m definitely a player that likes challenges. When I feel like I’m at a point where I’ve really killed it at a specific club and then there’s an opportunity, I would definitely challenge myself. I don’t want to get complacent and be used to the same thing over and over again.
“But that was my first season at West Ham, and I believe I can do even more than last season.”
The Black Stars midfielder is currently in Ghana for vacation for few weeks and will depart to join teammates at West Ham United when preseason training begins.
