Ghana international Inaki Williams has celebrated his younger brother, Nico Williams after inspiring Spain to clinch the Euro 2024 Championship in Germany.

Nico was on target when Spain inflicted a 2-1 win over England to annex their fourth European title on Sunday night.

The first half of the game ended in a pulsating goalless draw, as both teams struggled to find the back of the net.

After recess, the Athletic Bilbao winger opened the floodgate for Spain at Berlin Olympiastadion after connecting from Lamine Yamal’s pass, two minutes into the second half.

England pulled parity in the 73rd minute mark through second-half substitute Cole Palmer before Mikel Oyazarbal snatched a late winner for Spain.

Inaki took to social media to post: "Vamoss Nico Williams. How proud I am of you."

"One more day at the office," he added on a post about Nico's Man of the Match performance.

Nico becomes the second player with Ghanaian root to have lifted the Euro title after Marcel Dessaily, who won it with the French national team.

Inaki, who had one senior appearance for Spain decided to switch nationalities and play for Ghana in 2022, going on to represent the Black Stars at the Africa Cup of Nations and the World Cup.

Despite an effort from Ghana to have his younger brother join him in the Ghana national team, Nico decided to play for Spain.
