Head coach of the Ghana national team, Otto Addo will speak at a press conference on Wednesday, June 5, ahead of the clash against Mali in the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
In a notice from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Tuesday, it said Coach Otto Addo will be joined by Black Stars captain Thomas Partey for the pre-match presser.
“Ghana coach Otto Addo and captain Thomas Partey will speak to the press at 18:30 GMT on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Group I qualifier against Mali.
“The pre-match press conference will take place at the Conference room of Stade Mars 26 in Bamako as part of the build-up to the crucial game on Thursday," parts of the GFA notice said on Tuesday.
Ghana heads into the game against Mali sitting 4th in the Group I standings of the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Coach Otto Addo and his boys are keen on getting a win before returning to Ghana to host the Central African Republic on June 10, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
