Ghana international Mohammed Kudus is focusing on the upcoming football season despite transfer speculations.

Kudus made a strong impact after joining West Ham last summer from Ajax, quickly becoming one of their key players.

During the past season, Kudus showcased his skills with eight goals and six assists in the Premier League, along with five goals in the Europa League for West Ham.

The former Ajax star is one of the most sought-after players in the ongoing transfer window due to his swashbuckling performance last term for the Hammers.

Despite transfer speculations, the Black Stars midfielder says he is focused and getting prepared for the 2024/25 football season.

“When you perform at those kinds of levels in a league like this, it’s normal to have rumours and hear about other clubs (being interested),” he says “But right now my focus is getting prepared for the new season and then we’ll see how everything goes” he told The Athletic in an interview.

The Black Stars midfielder is currently in Ghana for vacation for few weeks and will depart to join teammates at West Ham United when preseason training begins.
