AFC Bournemouth has announced that promising young striker, Daniel Adu-Adjei, has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
The Premier League club made the official announcement on Wednesday 5th June 2024.
Adu-Adjei signed on the dotted line surrounded by his family.
The English-born Ghanaian talent, who initially joined the Cherries in March 2021, has been in scintillating form for the club's development squad. Adu-Adjei's impressive tally of 25 goals in 25 games across all competitions during the 2023/24 season has not gone unnoticed, and the Premier League club has moved swiftly to secure his future.
In addition to his remarkable goal-scoring exploits for the development squad, Adu-Adjei also made a significant impact during his loan spell at Leyton Orient. The youngster scored his first-ever EFL goal in a 3-1 League One triumph over Shrewsbury Town in April, further underlining his potential.
Daniel Adu-Adjei will likely be added to Bournemouth's first team pre season tour of Los Angeles, California.
